A couple of minutes later, we heard the little creature. It was such an odd noise — what kind of animal was this? None of us could make out what kind of creature this was. It was a spooky walk home. We were almost to the door —u ntil we noticed a little shadow on our doorstep, the shadow of the little creature. We asked each other, all trying to figure out what kind of little creature this was.
